Marni Spring 2015

Marni released their newest, Spring 2015 collection in Milan. This collection, as you can see, was inspired by flowers, raffias to be specific. It reminds one of a garden party. This collection has an oriental feel, with the kimono look gowns, and waist sash. This is a collection that will definitely add color to Spring.

Versace

Versace's newest Spring 2015 collection is what one would call "assorted". Complete with the cut outs, and zig-zag designs, and bold pastels adding a pop of color to the ensemble. Some of the new looks have an extraordinary amount of blinding sparkle. These new looks from Versace is bound to turn heads come Spring time 2015.

Fringe

We are loving Olivia Palermo's Michael Kors fringe skirt. She wore this to the Rachel Zoe presentation, pairing the skirt with a Carolina Herrera handbag. Oh the fringe!

LA District Mixer Event

A very fun event is coming up tomorrow, September 18th 2014, and Style Equation magazine is the official press for this event. It takes place at the Crocker Club in LA, and there will be wholesale fashion vendors! Among the wholesale fashion vendors, there will be independent filmmakers, and music vendors. Admission is FREE! There will be a hour starting at 5:00. There will also be conversation about fashion, social media, and Young Hollywood with an LA journalist, and hottest fashion personality Kiera Renee. Dior Model

Jennifer Lawrence takes a break from roughing it in the Hunger Games battles, and enters the sophisticated world of Dior. She is Dior's Autumn/Winter 2014 campaign star, and portrays the confident, working woman. Jennifer Lawrence is of course confident, but she shows fierce confidence in the new Dior campaign.

Elie Tahari

Elie Tahari is celebrating his 40th anniversary as a designer. His successful brand creates fashionable clothing for the working woman. With the somberness of his childhood, he does not reflect this in his designs, but has looked beyond that, and has created what his label is today. NYFW Bloggers

During Fashion Week, the public focuses more so on the models and designers presenting their new collections, that is, after all what Fashion Week is about. Those fashionable audience participants viewing the new looks are often passed over, as they are just there for the shows. For as stylish as they are, these fashionistas are often passed over by the media. Well, instead of focusing on the designer, the bloggers of fashion week deserve some praise. The select shows they attend, and the documentation of the looks and the after parties glorify the internet as they type out their memories and add their own looks from the day. There were many fashion bloggers attending NYFW, but these three were intriguing from their impeccable style. There is Rachel Martino, from blog Rach Martino sporting the ASOS Floral Midi Skirt, and Grasie from blog Style Me Grasie wearing a Dee Hutton lace top dress in blue, and Aimee from blog Song of Style wearing BCBG. The bloggers should be recognized for their impressive style, and recognition they will receive.
